Oblong 4to, 8 hand coloured etchings by Rowlandson with grey or light brown wash borders, now mounted onto later album leaves, later full tan polished calf gilt, all edges gilt, gilt in rule to boards. Raised bands, elaborate gilt to compartments, spine rebacked, hinges repaired, gilt inner dentelles, coloured endpapers. A rare collection of rustic sketches. The majority of plates are early impressions. **PROVENANCE**: From the library of the Prince of Wales, afterwards George IV with small crest device on mount of each plate.
